What's the best lube to use?
Lubrication has been an often discussed subject, what is best for you will be a personal decision.
See the "Lubrication" topic in the "Getting Started" section for further information.
I have a medical condition involving the prostate and/or the penis. Will the Aneros still work for me?
Please contact your medical doctor prior to your use of the Aneros massager. For many conditions,
the Aneros will be beneficial. You may contact the Aneros support staff if you have any specific questions
Doesn’t prostate massage hurt? I’ve heard that it’s painful.
This is a misconception, if done properly prostate massage will not hurt.
See the "Misconceptions" section for further information.
I've tried my model a few times but I don't feel much of anything, what's wrong?
Many men who initially try the Aneros have reported this, you need to know that the prostate
orgasm involves learning a new set of feelings and sensations, quite different from your penile
centered experience. These feelings and sensations are very subtle in their beginnings and can
be easily overlooked or ignored, this would be a mistake, as these are the exact sensations which
you will nurture and amplify into the orgasmic experience. It is when you perceive and acknowledge
these early sensations that your real learning begins.
You can read about this in the "Prostate Awakening" section of "The Super-O".

Process
What exactly does "hands-free" mean?
"Hands-free" means exactly that, the Aneros is controlled only by the contractions of your rectal
muscles. The design takes your body's contractions and transfers them into a pivoting action which
stimulates the prostate, perineum and anal canal at the same time, all without any manual intervention.
This means that you can use the Aneros solo or comfortably during traditional intercourse as well.
How often should I use the Aneros?
The manufacturer suggests 2-3 times per week for up to 30 minutes, however,
anecdotal evidence suggests Aneros owners are actually using their massagers
for longer time periods, see the "Length of sessions" topic
in the "Getting Started" section for further information.
What is the best position for using the Aneros?
Postitions for using your Aneros are varied, see the "Body Positions" topic
in the "Getting Started" section.
Where can I discuss my experiences with my Aneros?
Please visit the Forum and share your experiences with others.
You may also want to create a Blog to keep a journal of your experiences.
Is Aneros difficult to insert or use in any way? How should it be inserted? Which way is the front?
The Aneros is extremely simple to use. The Aneros, when inserted, should tilt forward.
The curled arm (handle) should fit between the buttocks, and the upturned arm should touch the perineum,
which is between the anus and the scrotum. See the "Insertion" topic
in the "Getting Started" section for further information.
Can I sleep with the Aneros inserted?
Some Aneros owners have reported sleeping with their massager inserted, this practice, however,
is not recommended by the manufacturer nor by experienced veteran users due to the possibility
of injuring yourself during nocturnal body movements.
What is a Super-O and how soon will I be able to experience one?
It all depends on a number of factors, there is no simple answer, see "The Super-O" section for more information.
I get excited but can't cross-over, am I missing something or doing something wrong?
There are many keys to unlocking your Super Orgasmic abilities, this process is a "journey...",
learn more in the "Getting Started" section.
What is the perineum acupressure spot?
The perineum acupressure spot is more commonly called the "sweet spot".
See the "Your Body" section for more information.
Is it possible to use the Aneros too much or too frequently?
Because the device is operated using the contractions of the sphincter muscle rather than outside force,
it is virtually impossible to injure yourself through proper usage. If you become tired or uncomfortable,
experience muscle fatigue, or experience other discomfort, discontinue use until a later time.
Generally, using the Aneros 2 to 3 times per week for up to 30 minutes per session will pose no problems,
many owners typically will have sessions lasting 1.5 to 2 hours in length.

Product
What is the Aneros Stimulator? Is this just another anal device?
The Aneros Stimulator is a unique, patented device, designed in accordance with modern scientific knowledge
of anatomy combined with ancient Oriental awareness of erogenous zones and pleasure centers.
Once the Aneros is inserted, it touches the prostate gland (the Male G-Spot) while the perineum abutment
gently massages the acupressure spot related to the pudendal nerves.
See the "Aneros Basics" section for a full description of this device.
Which Aneros model is right for me, the right size, which model should I buy?
There is no simple formula for making your choice, see the "Choosing a Model" topic
in the "Aneros Basics" section for further information.
How should I clean the Aneros?
The Aneros is made of non-porous FDA approved materials and can easily be cleaned with hot, soapy water.
You should clean your Aneros before and after every usage. Also see the "Hygiene" topic
in the "Getting Started" section for related information.

Indefinitely, the solid design and construction of the Aneros should provide years of pleasure.
